Changpeng Zhao Says Terra Forking Doesn't Give the New Fork Any Value

In response to Terra's fork plan, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao tweeted, "The forking does not give the new fork any value. That's wishful thinking. One cannot void all transactions after an old snapshot, both on-chain and off-chain (exchanges)." In addition, he questioned where is all the BTC that was supposed to be used as reserves? And he asks shouldn't those BTC be all used to buy back UST first? Previously, Terra founder Do Kwon proposed a Terra revial plan with 1b new $LUNA and its distribution plan.
