Cosmos Ecosystem DEX Osmosis Submits New Proposal to Cut Swap Fees in Half

Cosmos Ecosystem DEX Osmosis has released a new proposal that provides a new simple yet powerful feature for Osmosis: Discounted Multihop Fees. With the new proposal, any 2-pool trade that go through $OSMO as the intermediary token will have their per-pool swap fee cut in half. The team said that while this reduces per-trade fee revenue for LPs, it will increase the total trade volume, and likely revenue on Osmosis pools.
