The Perpetual Protocol Forum has released a proposal to update the token mechanism, suggesting the implementation of a vote-escrow model or $vePERP, updating the liquidity mining and liquidity acquisition programs, and proposing that all governance in Perp V2 be handled by $PERP and $vePERP holders.
