Proposal to Standardize Process for Governance Proposals on Mars Protocol is Live for Vote

Mars Protocol, a credit protocol on Terra, announced that Delphi Labs' proposal on standardized process for governance proposals is live for vote. Delphi Labs proposed MRC-0 on 2 April to provide a framework for Mars Improvement Proposals (MIPs), and recommended that all further MIPs adhere to this framework.
