Ropsten and Rinkeby Testnets to Be Shut Down by End of Year

Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko tweeted that Ropsten and Rinkeby testnets will be shut down by the end of the year, and Kiln testnet will be shut down soon after the mainnet merge. Goerli and Sepolia testnets will be maintained.
