THORChain Releases Updates to Terra Liquidity Provider

THORChain releases updates to Terra liquidity provider. THORChain Vault TERRA addresses have been provided to TFL to include in Community Pool allocation. All addresses for pre and post-attack snapshots are included. The balance of these vaults are earmarked for THORChain LPers and will be distributed at a later date (TBD) as a pro-rata share of the $LUNA, $UST Pools. This will be a semi-manual process, stay tuned for details. Latest info will be posted in terra-status in dev discord.
