Web3 Game Studio MetaKings Closes $15 Million Seed Round with Participation from Animoca Brands and Others

Web3 game studio MetaKings has closed a $15 million seed round with participation from Animoca Brands, Shima Capital, Huobi Ventures and others. The funding will be used for game development and a marketing campaign for the studio's first game, Blocklords. Blocklords is a medieval strategy-based massively multiplayer online (MMO) game and is scheduled to debut next year.
