zkSync to Suspend Activities on v1 One Hour Before Ethereum Merge

zkSync announced that it will suspend activities on v1 approximately one hour before the Ethereum Merge. The downtime is expected to be about an hour. Once the Merge is complete, the team will run a series of tests before bringing the system back online. zkSync said that the funds on v1 will be safe. Besides, zkSync v2 testnet will not be affected by the Merge.
