These Campaign General Terms & Conditions (“General T&Cs”) govern your participation in all campaigns (“Campaign”) offered by BloFin.com (“BloFin”, “we”, “us”, “the Platform”). By participating in the Campaign, you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these General T&Cs, including any revisions as may be published by us at any time and from time to time.

You acknowledge that you have also read and understood any additional documents or terms referred to or incorporated into these General T&Cs. If you do not understand and accept these General T&Cs in their entirety, you should cease participating in the Campaign.

These General T&Cs are supplemental to and shall be read together with our Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). All terms and clauses contained in the Terms of Use are incorporated by reference unless expressed otherwise. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms, the following order of precedence shall apply: (1) these General T&Cs; and (2) the Terms of Use.

By accepting these General T&Cs, you hereby expressly, unconditionally and irrevocably; (a) confirm that you understand, accept and assume full responsibility for participating in the Campaign together with any and all associated risks, including without limitation the risks described in the Risk Warning, and (b) acknowledge that you have carefully assessed and determined that the Campaign are appropriate for you.

Terms

1. Please refer to the Campaign’s landing page for the additional rules that are exclusive and specific to every Campaign.

2. For tasks, the data displayed on this page is not real-time and may take time to update. 

3. BloFin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Campaign and its rules and/or terms at any time without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloFin shall not be liable for any loss of expected or anticipated rewards resulting from any such change. BloFin's determination is final and binding.

4. A Campaign might not be available to you in certain regions, including but not limited to restricted jurisdictions as set forth in BloFin's Terms of Use.

5. When participating in the Campaign, you must strictly abide by BloFin's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other applicable platform rules, all of which are available on the BloFin website.

6. BloFin may, at its absolute and sole discretion, disqualify you from any Campaign without reason.

7. Please note that the value of the prize may differ between the time the prize becomes able to withdraw and the actual time of withdrawal. Prices of crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in value of your assets at any given moment.

8. BloFin has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or Futures Bonus or USDT of equivalent value. This may happen in cases where BloFin is unable to procure the prizes for you, or in any case that BloFin deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted. The reward will be converted at the opening price on the BloFin exchange.

9. The rewards are provided on an “as is” basis. You hereby acknowledge that BloFin have neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any rewards, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.  Any rewards pictured in Campaign materials are for illustrative purposes only.

10. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and participation of the Campaign are your sole responsibility.

11. No Campaign shall be construed as (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Please consult any legal, tax or investment professional for questions about your specific circumstances. Digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk and can lose value. Historical returns are not indicative of future returns and past performance is not indicative of future results. BloFin is not responsible for any potential losses.

12. BloFin is not responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical, or editorial errors or omissions.

13. BloFin is not liable for any loss arising from force majeure events, system outages, or technical errors.

14. Any rewards under the Campaign are personal to the you, non-transferable, and, unless expressly stated otherwise, have no cash-redemption value. You do not acquire any vested right to a reward unless and until it is credited to their account and confirmed as final by BloFin.

15. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and any promotional material, or between language versions, these terms in the English language shall prevail.
