1. Nature of benefits
- All rewards are delivered as third-party digital vouchers/credits or memberships (the “Benefits”). [BloFin] is not the provider, organizer, or agent of the underlying services (e.g., flights, hotels, events, meet-and-assist). The partner named on the voucher/credit (the “Partner”) is the service provider and is solely responsible for fulfilment, quality, scheduling, and safety.
2. Eligibility & verification
- Benefits are available to verified accounts in good standing and may be subject to KYC/AML checks and regional restrictions.
- [BloFin] may decline, substitute, or revoke a Benefit at its discretion (e.g., suspected abuse, compliance risk, lack of inventory).
3. Issue and use of Privileges.

Privileges are issued in the form of electronic codes or concierge services, are not subject to transfer to third parties, resale, and do not have a monetary equivalent.b.
The stated price of each privilege includes the market value and the concierge's commission.c.
Some privileges require the name of the owner to match the data in an official identity document (for example, air tickets). In such cases, it is necessary to provide the full legal name indicated in the passport before issuing the privilege. Changes after issuance may not be possible or may result in the payment of additional fees by the Partner.d.
Notification deadlines: Some services (for example, airport assistance) require prior notice (48-72 hours in advance). Requests made on the day of departure or at the last minute are not guaranteed.e.
Regulatory restrictions: Some cards or vouchers may only be available for use in certain countries/regions or currencies.
4. Availability & substitutions
- Inventory is limited and not guaranteed for specific dates, routes, properties, or events.
- [BloFin] may offer equivalent substitutions or credit value if a selected item cannot be fulfilled.
5. Changes, cancellations & expiration
- All changes/cancellations follow Partner policies and may incur fees or be non-refundable. Unless stated otherwise, expired, lost, or stolen vouchers/codes will not be replaced. Partial redemptions and residual balances follow Partner rules.
6. Taxes, fees & incidentals
- Members are responsible for taxes, surcharges, resort fees, baggage/seat fees, gratuities, insurance, and other incidentals. FX conversion, holds/deposits, and card verification may apply at redemption.
7. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, [BloFin] disclaims all warranties (fitness, suitability, availability) and is not liable for Partner actions/omissions, schedule changes, delays, force majeure, or any indirect or consequential losses. [BloFin]’s total liability for any claim related to a Benefit is limited to the amount paid by [BloFin] for that Benefit.
8. Risk acknowledgement
- Certain activities (e.g., aviation, adventure, wellness treatments) involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and subject to the Partner’s waivers and eligibility (e.g., medical/age/weight requirements).
9. Fraud & abuse
- [BloFin] may suspend, claw back, or charge for misused Benefits (including resale, falsified documents, or chargebacks), and may close accounts involved in abuse or fraud.
10. Data & privacy
- You authorize [BloFin] to share only the minimum personal data necessary (e.g., name, email, phone, itinerary details) with Partners solely to fulfill the Benefit, in accordance with [BloFin]’s Privacy Policy.
