Arkham Reveals $3.5B LuBian Mining Pool Bitcoin Heist

Arkham disclosed that 127,426 BTC worth $3.5 billion were stolen from the LuBian mining pool in December 2020, making it the largest cryptocurrency heist ever recorded. Neither LuBian nor the hacker publicly acknowledged the theft for nearly five years. LuBian currently holds $605.87 million in BTC on-chain.
