Safe Wallet Loses $7.73M in Uniswap V4 Hook Attack
A Safe wallet lost approximately 2,900 rsETH worth $7.73 million after a malicious Uniswap v4 hook route exploited a custom liquidity module on Sept. 15. An MEV bot called Yoink front-ran the exploit and captured the extracted rsETH in the same block. KelpDAO temporarily paused the receiving address for 24 hours while confirming its contracts and rsETH backing remained intact.
