Bitget Hacker Moves $83M in Stolen XRP

The hacker behind Bitget's $387.5 million breach moved approximately $83 million in stolen XRP from three holding wallets, with about $75 million remaining in accounts that cannot be frozen under XRP Ledger rules. Circle and Tether froze roughly $320,000 in related stablecoins, while Bitget confirmed its protection fund will cover losses and customer withdrawals will resume in stages from Sept. 28 through Oct. 2.
