Base, the Layer2 network launched by Coinbase and built on OP Stack, announced its mainnet is live and available for all users. Currently, the Base ecosystem has onboarded over 100 DApps and service providers.
Meanwhile, Base launches the "Onchain Summer" campaign to celebrate the mainnet launch and promote onchain art, culture, music, gaming, and more. The campaign lasts from August 9 to 31, during which Base's partners will offer daily NFT mints to users. In addition, users can mint a commemorative NFT called "Base, Day One".
According to DefiLlama's data, Base's TVL is at $53.62 million now.
