Crypto Lender Hodlnaut Seeks Creditor Protection in Singapore

Crypto lending platform Hodlnaut has filed an application with the High Court in Singapore seeking creditor protection to enable a temporary pause in legal claims and proceedings to avoid a forced sale of tokens at low prices, and as a way to stabilize its financial situation and focus on a recovery plan and rehabilitation. Previously, Hodlnaut announced on August 8 that it had halted trading and said it was working on a recovery plan.
