Crypto payment company Merge closed a $9.5 million round of funding led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Alameda Research, Hashed and others. The funds raised will be used to improve payment efficiency and strengthen partnerships with traditional financial services.
Merge aims to provide access to banking, payments, risk management and compliance to web3 companies via an application programming interface (API).
