Elrond Network Acquires Payments Firm Twispay, Wins E-Money License

Layer1 Blockchain Elrond Network has acquired Romanian payments company Twispay, through which it received approval from the country's central bank, the National Bank of Romania, to allow the issuance of electronic currencies. Previously, Elrond Foundation acquired crypto payments company Utrust in January of this year, and the terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.
