Ethereum Sepolia Testnet to Go Through Shanghai Upgrade on February 28th

The Ethereum Foundation announced that the Sepolia testnet is scheduled to go through the Shanghai and Capella upgrade on February 28th. Users will be able to test the withdrawals of staked $ETH.

Previously, Zhejiang, Ethereum's first public withdrawal testnet, completed the Shanghai upgrade. Goerli testnet will be the next to go through the Shanghai upgrade, before it's activated on the mainnet.
