Former Pantera Capital General Counsel Joins CFTC as Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel

CFTC Commissioner Goldsmith Romero today announced that Joseph R. Cisewski, former General Counsel of Pantera Capital, will serve as her Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel.
