National Bank of Kazakhstan to Integrate CBDC on BNB Chain, Says CZ

Binance CEO CZ announced on Twitter that National Bank of Kazakhstan (NKB) will integrate their Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) on BNB Chain. Recently, NKB launched a CBDC pilot in a controlled environment and with real consumers and merchants.

Previously, Binance got approval from the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA), and was allowed to operate a Digital Asset Trading Facility and Provide Custody in the Astana International Financial Centre.
