6. Upon the completion of an IPO for any of the above pre-IPO perpetual futures, BloFin will transition the relevant contract to a standard stock perpetual contract. Please note that the pre-IPO contract price may differ materially from the actual IPO listing price, and a separate announcement detailing the transition timeline and terms will be published prior to the transition. If you do not wish to hold a standard stock perpetual contract, you should close your position before the transition takes effect. Continued holding of the contract after the transition effective time will be deemed as acceptance of the new contract terms.
