Dear BloFin users
BloFin Launchpad is now offering an ETH subscription, allowing eligible users to subscribe to ETH at a 30% discounted price, subject to the applicable registration, snapshot, and subscription requirements. Please review all event rules and risk disclosures carefully before participating.
1. Overview
- Total Pool: 20 ETH
- Offer: Buy ETH at 30% off
- Subscription Price: 1,500 USDT per ETH (discounted)
- Per-User Subscription Amount: Minimum 10 USDT; maximum 0.02 ETH (approximately 30 USDT)
2. Schedule (subject to the Launchpad event page)
- Registration: Mar 23, 10:00 — Mar 26, 10:00 UTC
- Snapshot Period: Mar 26, 10:00 — Mar 27, 10:00 UTC
- Subscription: Mar 27, 10:00 — Mar 30, 10:00 UTC
3. How to Participate
- Log in to your BloFin account
- Go to Spot → Launchpad
- Click Register during the registration period
- During the snapshot period, maintain daily average eligible assets ≥ 100 USDT (equivalent)
- Complete Subscribe during the subscription period (select the asset and amount, then confirm to lock funds)
Note: Only users who successfully register are eligible to subscribe. Failure to complete the subscription within the subscription window will be treated as a forfeiture of participation.
4. Snapshot Rules (Applicable to This Event)
BloFin uses asset snapshots during the snapshot period to determine eligibility.
4.1 Snapshot Frequency
- Snapshots are taken hourly for eligible account assets throughout the snapshot period.
4.2 Daily Average Asset Value
- Each day’s daily average is calculated as the average of all hourly snapshots taken that day.
4.3 Eligibility Requirement (Must Be Met Every Day)
- Users must meet the required daily average asset threshold every day during the snapshot period.
- If the daily average falls below the threshold on any day, the user becomes permanently ineligible for this event, even if assets are replenished later.
Example
- Requirement: daily average ≥ 100 USDT (equivalent)
- Snapshot period: 3 days
- Daily averages: Day 1 = 200; Day 2 = 40; Day 3 = 300 → Because Day 2 is below the requirement, the user is not eligible to subscribe.
4.4 Asset Scope
Included: Spot, Futures, Funding, Earn/Wealth accounts Excluded:
- Unrealized PnL in futures accounts
- Assets locked in other Launchpad projects (not counted twice)
5. Subscription and Allocation
5.1 Subscription Amount and Locking
- Per-user subscription amount: 10 USDT to 0.02 ETH (maximum approximately 30 USDT)
- Once confirmed, the corresponding funds are locked and cannot be traded, transferred, or withdrawn until the event is completed.
5.2 Allocation Method (Pro Rata)
Final ETH allocation is calculated as:
(User’s subscription amount / Total subscription amount) × Total distributable amount (20 ETH)
If additional caps or parameters apply (e.g., per-user allocation caps), the Launchpad event page and announcement shall prevail.
6. ETH Distribution, Crediting Account, and Precision
6.1 Crediting Account
- ETH will be credited to the user’s Funding Account.
- For users using Unified Account mode, ETH will be credited to the Funding Account within the Unified Account.
6.2 Distribution Precision
- The distribution precision is 0.00000001 ETH.
- Any amount below this precision will not be distributed.
6.3 Rule Priority
- Distribution is executed based on the rules displayed on the Launchpad event page and the official announcement for the current round. In case of any inconsistency, the event page and announcement shall prevail.
7. Unlocking and Release Schedule
- Initial release: 60%
- Subsequent release: linear release over 5 days
8. Risk and Compliance Notice
- Launchpad participation involves significant risk. Digital assets are highly volatile and may result in losses, including loss of principal.
- BloFin applies risk controls and anti-abuse measures. If abnormal behavior is detected (e.g., multi-account activity, abusive arbitrage, false information, use of proxy tools to bypass restrictions), BloFin may disqualify users, freeze accounts, and recover rewards.
- Participation may be restricted for users in certain countries or regions due to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Restrictions are subject to platform disclosures.
