General Overview

Q: What is BloFin Token Splash?

A: BloFin Token Splash is a promotional campaign designed for newly listed tokens. By completing tasks such as deposits, purchases, or spot trading of the designated token, users can share a prize pool and earn rewards. The goal is to boost awareness, trading activity, and liquidity for new tokens.

Q: Who is eligible to participate?

A: Eligibility is as follows:

  • Users from restricted regions may not be eligible. Institutional accounts, market makers, and demo accounts are usually excluded.
  • New users must complete all tasks specified in the new-user mission, or the user will lose eligibility for new-user tasks.
  • If a new user loses eligibility for the new-user tasks, the new user will also be disqualified from receiving Shared Incentives and Referral rewards.
  • If a new user has already claimed the Rewards Hub reward or affiliate KOL event gifts, they will not be eligible for the Token Splash new-user reward.
  • Due to local laws, regulations, supervisory requirements, or other compliance reasons, BloFin may adjust or restrict the participation eligibility of users from certain regions at any time without prior notice. The latest list of restricted regions and rules shall be subject to the platform’s announcements and the event page.
  • The specific definition and determination of “new users” are based on BloFin’s account system and risk-control records. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, BloFin reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding new-user eligibility and related rewards.

Q: When does the event take place?

A:

Each Token Splash campaign has a defined start and end time. Tasks such as deposits and trading must be completed during the event period. The reward distribution time is also specified in the campaign announcement.

All start and end times and reward distribution times are based on the time displayed on the BloFin platform (usually UTC or as otherwise indicated on the event page). Due to time zone differences, please always refer to the event page for the exact schedule.

1. Registration & Qualification

Q: Do I need to register before joining?

A: Yes. You must click “Join” or “Register” on the Token Splash event page before your deposits or trades are counted toward the tasks.

Q: Do subaccounts count?

A: Subaccounts cannot register independently. However, their trading or deposit activity will be counted under the main account if the main account is registered.

Q: Do internal transfers, withdrawals, or API trades count?

A:

  • Internal transfers between BloFin accounts are NOT counted toward deposit tasks.
  • Withdrawals do not reduce your recorded deposit volume.
  • API trades may not be counted, depending on the campaign rules. Please check each campaign’s announcement for details.

2. Tasks & Rewards

Q: What types of tasks are included?

A: Common task types include:

  • Deposit / Net Deposit Tasks – Deposit a designated token or stablecoin above a certain threshold. (An observation period applies to new-user deposit tasks. New users must successfully pass this observation period before becoming eligible for new-user task rewards and other campaign rewards. New users who register via referral links are also subject to this rule; otherwise, their registrations will not be deemed valid referrals.)
  • Deposit & Trading task - When the new-user task requires both a net deposit and trading of a designated token, users must complete both the deposit and trading requirements to qualify for the reward.
  • Spot Trading Tasks – Trade the designated token on the spot market, reaching the minimum cumulative volume required.
  • (Optional) Invite Tasks – Invite new users to register and complete tasks to earn additional rewards.

Q: What are the minimum requirements?

A: Each campaign specifies the minimum deposit amount, minimum trading volume, and reward cap. These may vary by token and campaign.

Q: How are rewards distributed?

A: Rewards are usually distributed proportionally: Your individual deposit or trading volume ÷ total qualified volume × prize pool = your reward. Some campaigns also set fixed rewards for new users or a leaderboard mechanism for top traders. Personal reward caps may apply.

Q: In which token are the rewards paid?

A: Rewards are generally distributed in the promoted token itself or another designated token as specified in the campaign announcement.

3. Rewards & Exceptions

Q: When will I receive my rewards?

A: Rewards are typically distributed within 7 business days after the campaign ends. They will be credited to your BloFin funding account (or designated wallet).

Q: What happens if I violate the rules?

A: BloFin reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke rewards in cases of cheating, wash trading, multi-account manipulation, API abuse, or other abnormal activities.

Q: How are rewards distributed for New User Tasks?

A: The reward pool for new user tasks is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible users who complete the required tasks will receive rewards in the order of completion, until the reward pool is fully distributed. Please refer to the event page for specific details.

Q: What if my progress doesn’t update after depositing or trading?

A: Please confirm: You clicked “Join Now” before making the transaction.

You used eligible deposit methods (not internal transfers).

Your deposit is confirmed on-chain, or your trade is successfully executed. If issues persist, contact BloFin Support with transaction details.

Q: Will I get multiple rewards if I join several similar campaigns?

A:

  • If a user has already claimed a New User reward from the Rewards Hub or another KOL / similar new-user campaign, they will not be eligible to receive the New User Task reward in Token Splash.
  • In such cases, the user may still be eligible for Shared Incentives and Referral rewards within Token Splash.
  • Rewards from campaigns of the same category (New User tasks) cannot be combined, and only one set of New User rewards will be granted per user.

Q: What happens if the campaign token experiences severe illiquidity or liquidity exhaustion?

A: If the designated token experiences severe illiquidity or liquidity exhaustion due to market volatility, insufficient order-book depth, project-related factors, or other reasons, BloFin may, at its discretion and based on actual circumstances, adjust the Token Splash campaign. Such adjustments may include, but are not limited to: ending the campaign early, reducing or canceling the remaining prize pool, modifying task requirements, or delisting/terminating the related Token Splash activities for that token ahead of schedule.

BloFin will use reasonable efforts to notify users via platform announcements or updates on the event page. Rewards that have already been distributed will not be affected. Undistributed rewards will be executed according to the latest rules or may be canceled. BloFin does not bear responsibility for any direct or indirect losses arising from changes in market liquidity, and users should carefully evaluate the relevant risks before participating.

Risk Notes

  • Token Splash is a promotional campaign. Please carefully assess transaction fees, spreads, and market risks.
  • Newly listed tokens are often highly volatile. The value of rewards may fluctuate.
  • Competition for the prize pool may be intense, and individual rewards could be smaller than expected.
  • BloFin reserves the right of final interpretation, including modifying rules or ending the campaign early.
