Rewards General Terms & Conditions

These Reward General Terms & Conditions (“Reward T&Cs”) govern the rewards you are entitled to, which includes but is not limited to bonuses, coupons, vouchers, coverages, boosters, gifts, tickets, goods (watches, mobile devices etc.), passes etc. (“Reward”) provided by BloFin.com (“BloFin”, “we”, “us”, “the Platform”). BloFin shall have the sole and absolute discretion to classify what is a Reward without notice and BloFin’s interpretation is final and binding. By using the Platform, you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Reward T&Cs, including any revisions as may be published by us at any time and from time to time.

You acknowledge that you have also read and understood any additional documents or terms referred to or incorporated into these Reward T&Cs. If you do not understand and accept these Reward T&Cs in their entirety, you should not use the Platform.

These Reward T&Cs are supplemental to and shall be read together with our Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). All terms and clauses contained in the Terms of Use are incorporated by reference unless expressed otherwise. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms, the following order of precedence shall apply: (1) these Reward T&Cs; (2) Any other terms specific to campaigns; and (3) the Terms of Use.

By accepting these Reward T&Cs, you hereby expressly, unconditionally and irrevocably; (a) confirm that you understand, accept and assume full responsibility for participating in the services provided by the Platform together with any and all associated risks, including without limitation the risks described in the Risk Warning, and (b) acknowledge that you have carefully assessed and determined that the Platform is appropriate for you.

Terms

1. Please refer to any Reward FAQ page and/or a campaign’s page for the additional rules that are exclusive and specific to every reward (e.g. Copy Trading Protecting Voucher, BloFin APR Booster etc.).

2. Reward that has not been used before the expiration date will no longer be valid and cannot be used.

3. Any Reward is personal to you, non-transferable, and, unless expressly stated otherwise, have no cash-redemption value. You do not acquire any vested right to a Reward unless it is confirmed as final by BloFin.

4. If a violation such as bulk registration or malicious monetization is found, BloFin will strictly review relevant actions, disqualify accounts from participating in the event and recover the Reward that was released to aforesaid accounts.

5. You acknowledge that any Reward issued to you by BloFin is issued in BloFin’s sole and absolute discretion and BloFin reserves the right to modify, change or cancel any Reward at any time and for any reason without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, BloFin may, at its absolute and sole discretion, disqualify you from any Reward without reason, including after such Reward has been issued to you.

6. BloFin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Reward T&Cs at any time without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloFin shall not be liable for any loss of expected or anticipated Reward resulting from any such change. BloFin's determination is final and binding.

7. A Reward might not be available to you in certain regions, including but not limited to restricted jurisdictions as set forth in BloFin's Terms of Use.

8. When receiving a Reward, you must strictly abide by BloFin's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other applicable platform rules, all of which are available on the BloFin website.

9. Please note that the value of the Reward may differ between the time the Reward becomes able to withdraw and the actual time of withdrawal. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in value of your assets at any given moment.

10. BloFin has the discretion to convert any Reward into platform vouchers or Futures Bonus or USDT of equivalent value. This may happen in cases where BloFin is unable to procure the Reward for you, or in any case that BloFin deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the Reward to be converted. The Reward will be converted at the opening price on the BloFin exchange.

11. The Reward is provided on an “as is” basis. You hereby acknowledge that BloFin have neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Reward, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.  Any Reward pictured in the Platform’s materials are for illustrative purposes only.

12. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and participation of the Reward are your sole responsibility.

13. Nothing in the Platform shall be construed as (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Please consult any legal, tax or investment professional for questions about your specific circumstances. Digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk and can lose value. Historical returns are not indicative of future returns and past performance is not indicative of future results. BloFin is not responsible for any potential losses. 

14. BloFin is not responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical, or editorial errors or omissions.

15. BloFin is not liable for any loss arising from force majeure events, system outages, or technical errors.

16. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and any promotional material, or between language versions, these terms in the English language shall prevail.
