Aptos Labs Invests in Social Media App Chingari

Aptos Labs has made an equity investment in Chingari, an Indian social media application. Chingari will make Aptos its preferred Layer 1 blockchain.
Chingari is a short-form video app with 5 million daily active users that started out as a Web2 platform and has since adopted Eeb3 technologies. A new version of the Chingari app will go live on Aptos in early Q2 2023.
