Arbitrum Stopped Processing Transactions due to Sequencer Bug, Now Fixed

Earlier today, Arbitrum stopped processing transactions for about an hour. Arbitrum Developers said this was due to a Sequencer's batch poster bug that stopped the Sequencer from posting batches of the transactions on-chain for execution. The bug has been fixed, and the network is running as usual now.
According to DLNews, the Arbitrum network halt was because the Sequencer ran out of gas funds, and had to be refilled. But Arbitrum Developers denied the report, saying that the Sequencer wallet is programmatically refilled. The wallet only gets refunded automatically by a smart contract when it successfully posts batches.
