Binance Introduces zk-SNARKs to Proof of Reserves Verification System, Which Supports 13 Tokens

Binance announced it has introduced zk-SNARKs to its Proof of Reserves Verification System to provide transparency on user funds. The system adds support for four new tokens, $SHIB, $DOT, $CHZ and $SOL, bringing the number of verifiable assets to 13 on Binance.

Binance said the code for the system will be made open-source, and more tokens will be added to the system in the coming weeks.
