Binance Temporarily Pauses $USDC Withdrawals

Binance tweeted that Binance is conducting a token swap involving $USDC. As a result, $USDC withdrawals are temporarily paused.
$USDT and $BUSD withdrawals are available and unaffected. $USDC withdrawals will reopen once the token swap is completed.
