Chiliz Acquires 24.5% Stake of FC Barcelona's Digital Content Creation Hub Barca Studios for $100M

Spanish football giant FC Barcelona announced that Socios.com, a fan token platform, will become a strategic technology partner accelerating FC Barcelona's blockchain, NFT and digital assets, and Web3 strategies. As part of the partnership, Socios.com owner and technology provider Chiliz invests $100M to acquire a 24.5% stake of Barca Studios, the club's digital content creation and distribution hub.
