CoinFLEX Restructuring Approved by Seychelles Courts

Crypto exchange CoinFLEX announced that its restructuring was approved by the Seychelles courts on March 6th.

It's expected that the courts will publish the written order during the course of this week. CoinFLEX will post a copy of this order as soon as it is published. The exchange said that trading of locked assets ($LUSD, $LETH, etc) has been halted. It is looking to implement the restructuring quickly and will not restart locked assets trading until 24 hours after the publication of the court order.

CoinFLEX suspended withdrawals in June last year, and filed restructuring in the Seychelles courts in August.
