DeFi Lending Protocol zkLend Closed $5 Million Seed Round with Three Arrows Capital and others

Ethereum Layer2 DeFi lending protocol zkLend has closed a $5 million seed round with participation from StarkWare, Three Arrows Capital, Alameda Research and others. zkLend will reportedly launch its permissionless lending product called Artemis in Q3 2022. It is will also launch an institutional product called Apollo in early 2023. In addition, zkLend will release a native token called ZEND to incentivize users to increase liquidity, although no specific date has been announced.
