Euler Finance's New Proposal to Move WBTC to WBTC Chainlink Oracle

Lending protocol Euler Finance community has released proposal eIP 31, which proposes to WBTC to an explicit Wrapped Bitcoin Chainlink oracle, stating that the current oracle prices wBTC as BTC, which does not reflect the risk of wBTC trading at some other price (as sometimes happens with derivative assets).
