Game Developer Clockwork Labs Raised $22M in Series A Led by a16z

Game developer Clockwork Labs announced that it has closed a $22m Series A funding round led by a16z, with participation from David Baszucki, the founder and CEO of Roblox. The fund raised will be used to further develop Clockwork Labs' community sandbox MMORPG, BitCraft, alongside a new database technology which powers the game.
