Hong Kong's VSFG Asset Management Plans to List Its Bitcoin Spot Fund As an ETF

According to the Hong Kong Commercial Daily, Hong Kong's VSFG Asset Management is preparing to apply to the Securities and Futures Commission for a virtual asset service provider (VASP) license, as well as a type 7 license (providing automated trading services).

In addition to VASP and Type 7 licenses, VSFG is in talks with several Hong Kong exchange trading fund (ETF) issuers and regulatory agencies to list its Bitcoin spot funds as ETF.
