LayerZero Advises Users Not Interact With Exchanges Issuing Potential Airdrop Certificates

LayerZero Labs tweeted that it has noticed some exchanges are attempting to trade potential future tokens of LayerZero and advises users not to interact with any of these exchanges, as LayerZero Labs has no affiliation or partnership with them.
Previously, Web3 multi-chain wallet BitKeep and crypto exchange Bitget jointly launched the LZBG (LayerZero Certificate Bitget) airdrop event, which lasted for a month. Users could receive LZBG by claiming red envelopes in the BitKeep wallet, participating in trading rewards activities, or joining the LZBG Carnival event on the Bitget trading platform. LZBG can be used as a voucher for exchanging LayerZero's official tokens in the future. Users who received the LZBG airdrop and completed the specified tasks were eligible to exchange LayerZero's official tokens.
