MetaMask Institutional Launches $ETH Staking Marketplace

MetaMask Institutional has introduced a staking marketplace for institutional clients to access solo Ethereum staking.

The service will allow institutions to become Ethereum network validators through four vendors, ConsenSys Staking, Allnodes, Blockdaemon, and Kiln. The move is part of MetaMask's strategy to provide a platform that offers a wider set of controls and functionality more suited to organizations and businesses.

The staking marketplace aims to simplify access and management of institutional staking, which can be complicated due to varying fees, terms and conditions, rebates, and reporting standards. The launch of the staking marketplace will coincide with the roll-out of an advanced MMI dashboard, including institutional controls, portfolio management, and transaction reporting.
