On-Chain Voting for Cosmos New Whitepaper Postponed to October 31st

The Cosmos Hub forum shows that the community vote for the Cosmos new whitepaper has been postponed from the initial date of October 3rd to October 31st.

Previously, Cosmos released a new whitepaper that outlines a revamped role for the Hub as the heart of interchain security – meaning other chains will be able to use the Hub to secure their own networks. The white paper also proposes changes to the utility and issuance schedule of $ATOM.

This paper also describes a new issuance regime optimized for Liquid Staking, where after a 36 month transition period, exponential issuance is reduced to a constant amount of $ATOM issued per month.
