OpenSea Blocks Cuban Artists and Collectors From Its Platform, Citing U.S. Sanctions Law

NFT marketplace OpenSea has blocked Cuban artist and collector accounts from its platform. To date, more than 30 Cuban creators have had their OpenSea accounts delisted.
An OpenSea spokesperson said that OpenSea complies with U.S. sanctions law and that its terms of service explicitly prohibit sanctioned individuals, individuals in sanctioned jurisdictions, or services from using OpenSea.
