Options Protocol Lyra Developer Releases Proposal to Allocate 3 Million $OP for Lyra's Development

Mike, a developer of the options protocol Lyra, has released a governance proposal in the Optimism community, which suggests that Optimism allocate 3 million $OPs to Lyra to further its development. One million $OPs will be allocated to builders of Lyra-based development ecosystem projects; 1.5 million $OPs will be allocated to Lyra's liquidity providers; and 500,000 $OPs will be allocated to traders on Lyra.
