Privacy-focused Blockchain Iron Fish Launches Its Mainnet

Privacy-focused blockchain Iron Fish mainnet is live. Its goal is to make web3 safe—enabling financial privacy while deterring bad actors. Every transaction on Iron Fish is fully encrypted with ZKPs for validation. Users can host a node, mine, mint fully encrypted custom assets, and burn & transfer assets.

Iron Fish, a PoW Layer 1, has announced its tokenomics and will airdrop its token to eligible testnet participants. The initial supply of $IRON, Iron Fish's native token, is 42 million. 2.25% is allocated to Testnet Airdrop and 2.25% is allocated to Future Airdrops.

Iron Fish closed a $27.6M Series A round of funding in 2021, led by a16z with participation from Sequoia Capital and others.
