Seoul South District Prosecutor's Office Joint Investigation Team for Financial and Securities Crimes Begins Summoning Terra Employees

The Southern Seoul District Prosecutor's Office Joint Financial and Securities Crimes Investigation Team has begun subpoenaing Terra employees. The investigation will look into whether Do Kwon and other Terraform Labs executives were aware of Terra's design flaws in advance. Prosecutors will also investigate whether Do Kwon engaged in intentional price manipulation and whether the country's crypto exchange passed the proper vetting process for coin uploads.
