Thai SEC has charged Zipmex and its CEO Akalarp Yimwilai to the Technology Crime Investigation Headquarters for failing to submit data from the wallet used to store customer assets and details regarding the transfer or withdrawal of digital assets to the appropriate officials within the required time period.
