Tornado Cash Blacklisted by US Treasury

The Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) under the US Treasury Department has added Tornado Cash and all of its Ethereum addresses to the Specially Designated Nationals list (SDN List). This is a sanction list, and all US persons and entities are prohibited from interacting with individuals or entities on the list.
