Vitalik Buterin: Concerned about Centralization Risks Following The Ethereum Merge

Vitalik Buterin has stated that he is absolutely concerned about centralization risks following The Merge, which occurs when the existing Ethereum Mainnet merges with the beacon chain proof-of-stake (PoS) system. He highlighted that Lido Finance, the largest supplier of Ethereum staking services, where about one-third of $stETH has been put, may conceivably disrupt the Ethereum network post-Merge. "But I also think it’s important to not overly catastrophize the issue." he added.
