Wintermute Commits to Reimbursing the Optimism Foundation for the Remaining 2 Million $OP

Optimism tweeted that the hacker has returned 17 million of the 20 million $OPs and that Wintermute has committed to reimbursing the Optimism Foundation for the remaining 2mm $OP, which was kept as a bounty. There was also 1mm sent to Vitalik Buterin yesterday which is being recovered.
