Aave V3 on Ethereum to Add Support for $rETH and $USDT

The Aave community voted to pass two governance proposals, approving onboarding $rETH and $USDT to Aave's Ethereum V3 pools. The two proposals will be executed soon. $USDT can be borrowed, but can't be used as collateral. $rETH can be both borrowed and collateralized, with the LTV set at 67%.
