Ethereum's First Public Withdrawals Testnet Zhejiang to Launch on February 1st

Ethereum developers announced that Zhejiang, Ethereum's first public withdrawals testnet, will go live on February 1st at 15:00 UTC.

The Shanghai upgrade will be triggered six days later at epoch 1,350. After the upgrade, users will be able to test partial and full withdrawals as well as a few other EIPs that are included in the upgrade.
