Evmos Working Closely with Nomad Team, Evmos Chain Functioning Properly

Cosmos EVM hub Evmos tweeted that the Nomad ERC20 bridge contract was exploited a couple hours ago. Most assets have been drained. They are working closely with the Nomad team and will follow up as they get more information. The Evmos chain is functioning properly. Currently Nomad is paused, so users cannot withdraw their ERC20 wrapped assets from Evmos back to Ethereum. Their team said they would update on how this affects Evmos users and those with Nomad wrapped assets.
