Optimism, Aptos, and ApeCoin are set to unlock a significant number of tokens this month, injecting over a combined $100 million worth of tokens into circulation.
According to Token Unlocks, ApeCoin, the governance token of the ApeCoin DAO will release 15.6 million $APE tokens on July 17th, amounting to 4.23% of its circulating supply, worth $34.3 million.
On the other hand, Aptos will release 4.5 million tokens on July 12th, equivalent to 2.17% of its circulating supply, worth $33.9 million, with $24 million going to the community and $10 million to the Aptos Foundation.
Lastly, Ethereum Layer 2 Optimism will release 24.2 million OP tokens on July 30th, representing 3.75% of the circulating supply, worth $32.4 million, with $17 million going to core contributors and $15 million to investors.
