Shanghai Upgrade Goes Live on Sepolia Testnet

The Shanghai + Capella upgrade was activated on Ethereum Sepolia testnet at 4:04am UTC today, and was finalized at 4:17am UTC. Developers are able to test staked $ETH withdrawals on the Sepolia testnet.

Sepolia is the second testnet after Zhejiang to complete the Shanghai upgrade. Before the upgrade is activated on the mainnet, it will go through the third and final test on the Goerli testnet.
